Facts checked on October 13, 2026, on the Arma Reforger Workshop pages and the tools' own sites. Download counts and ratings show interest, not which units use what. TacOps is the tool this site is about; the comparison names what each tool does, not which is better for you.

How to pick
- Everyone briefs in the game, and your server runs mods: Congos Tactical Graphics or Anarchy Map Markers keep the plan where you play, free.
- You brief in Discord or on phones before the op, or you want the terrain analysis: a browser planner. TacOps gives you the map with contours, slope, canopy, and line of sight, NATO symbols, and one link that opens without an account.
- You want slides on an in-game screen: Operations Briefing System shows images; export the plan from TacOps as an image and load it.
- Many units use both: plan in the browser during the week, brief in the game on op night.
Where TacOps does not fit
The plan is not inside the game: nothing from TacOps draws on the in-game map. Pro is priced per person, not per unit. There are no Arma 3 terrains and no other games. If one of these matters most, one of the tools above fits better.
