Cancel your contract

Use this page to cancel a TacOps Pro subscription or to withdraw from a recently concluded contract. You do not need to log in. If you prefer, you can also cancel in the customer portal inside the application, or by email to admin@tacops.gg.

After you submit, you see and receive by email a receipt with your declaration, the date and time we received it, a reference number, and the date your subscription ends. Save it.

Email address for the confirmation (required)

Use the address from checkout if you still have it; that lets us find your subscription.

Steam profile name or URL (optional, helps us find your account)

Customer or invoice number (optional, from an invoice in the customer portal)

Requested end date (optional - otherwise the earliest possible date)

Reason (required only for extraordinary cancellation)
